John of Bohemia
John of Bohemia was a 14th-century king known for his role as the monarch of Bohemia from 1310 until his death in 1346. He was born in 1296 and was the son of Henry VII, Holy Roman Emperor. John was a significant figure in European politics, often involved in conflicts and alliances that shaped the region.
Despite being blind later in life, John was a courageous warrior. He died at the Battle of Crécy during the Hundred Years' War, fighting for the French against the English. His legacy includes his contributions to the Czech crown and his influence on medieval European history.
