John FitzRoy, 4th Duke of Grafton
John FitzRoy, 4th Duke of Grafton, was a British nobleman born on September 28, 1735. He was the son of Henry FitzRoy, 3rd Duke of Grafton and Lady Henrietta Somerset. He became the Duke in 1811 after his father's death and was known for his involvement in politics and society during the 18th century.
The 4th Duke served as a Member of Parliament and held various positions, including Lord Lieutenant of Suffolk. He was also a patron of the arts and contributed to the cultural life of his time. John FitzRoy passed away on March 2, 1811, leaving behind a legacy tied to the Grafton family.
