John 11
In John 11, the story centers around the death and resurrection of Lazarus, a close friend of Jesus. When Lazarus falls ill, his sisters, Mary and Martha, send for Jesus, but He arrives after Lazarus has already died. Despite their grief, Martha expresses her faith that Jesus could have healed her brother.
Jesus comforts the sisters and weeps for Lazarus. He then goes to the tomb and commands that the stone be removed. After praying, Jesus calls out to Lazarus, who miraculously rises from the dead, demonstrating Jesus' power over death and reinforcing the belief in resurrection.
