Joachim Murat
Joachim Murat was a French military leader and politician, born on March 25, 1767. He is best known for his role as a Marshal of France under Napoleon Bonaparte. Murat gained fame for his cavalry tactics and played a significant part in several key battles during the Napoleonic Wars.
In 1808, Murat became the King of Naples, where he implemented various reforms and modernized the region. His reign lasted until 1815, when he was captured and later executed in 1815 after attempting to regain power. Murat is remembered for his flamboyant style and contributions to military strategy.
