Jnana Marga
Jnana Marga is one of the three main paths in Hindu philosophy, focusing on the pursuit of knowledge and wisdom. It emphasizes self-inquiry and understanding the true nature of reality, often through study of sacred texts like the Upanishads and Bhagavad Gita. Practitioners seek to realize their oneness with Brahman, the ultimate reality.
This path involves meditation, contemplation, and the discernment of the eternal self, or Atman, from the temporary physical world. By gaining insight into the nature of existence, followers aim to achieve liberation, or Moksha, freeing themselves from the cycle of birth and rebirth.
