Jeong Dojeon
Jeong Dojeon was a prominent Korean scholar and politician during the late 14th century. He played a crucial role in the establishment of the Joseon Dynasty by supporting its founder, Yi Seong-gye, who later became King Taejo. Jeong was known for his Confucian ideals and his efforts to reform the government and society based on these principles.
In addition to his political contributions, Jeong Dojeon was an influential writer and philosopher. He authored several important texts, including the Dongguk Yeoji Seungnam, which focused on geography and governance.
