James Stuart
James Stuart, also known as James I of England, was born in 1567 and became the King of Scotland in 1567 when he was just a baby. He later became the first monarch to rule both England and Scotland after the death of Elizabeth I in 1603, uniting the crowns. His reign is noted for the establishment of the Stuart dynasty and the promotion of the King James Version of the Bible.
James was known for his belief in the divine right of kings, which emphasized that monarchs were chosen by God. He faced various challenges during his rule, including political conflicts and religious tensions, particularly with Puritans and Catholics. His reign lasted until his death in 1625.
