James Douglas-Hamilton
James Douglas-Hamilton is a Scottish politician and member of the Conservative Party. He served as a Member of Parliament (MP) for the Edinburgh West constituency from 1979 to 1997. During his time in Parliament, he held various positions, including Minister of State for Scotland.
