Jaivana
Jaivana is a historical cannon located in the city of Jaipur, India. Built in the 17th century during the reign of Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, it is one of the largest cannons in the world. The cannon was designed for use in warfare and symbolizes the military prowess of the Rajput rulers.
The Jaivana cannon weighs approximately 50 tons and is made of bronze. It measures about 20 feet in length and has a bore diameter of 11 inches. Today, it is displayed at the Jaigarh Fort, where visitors can learn about its history and significance in Indian heritage.
