Jaime III of Majorca
Jaime III of Majorca was a king who ruled from 1324 to 1344. He was the son of Jaime II of Majorca and became king after his father's death. His reign was marked by conflicts with the Crown of Aragon and attempts to maintain the independence of the Kingdom of Majorca.
During his rule, Jaime III faced challenges from both internal and external forces. He struggled to defend his kingdom against the ambitions of Peter IV of Aragon, which ultimately led to the loss of Majorca's independence. Jaime III's reign ended when he was captured in battle, and he died in 1349.
