Irish Hurling
Irish Hurling is a traditional team sport originating from Ireland, played with a wooden stick called a hurley and a small ball known as a sliotar. The objective is to score points by hitting the sliotar into the opposing team's goal or over a crossbar. Each team consists of 15 players, and the game is known for its fast pace and skillful play.
The sport has ancient roots, with references dating back over 3,000 years. Hurling is governed by the GAA (Gaelic Athletic Association) and is considered one of the oldest field games in the world. It is played at various levels, from local clubs to national championships.
