Iranian Desert
The Iranian Desert, also known as the Dasht-e Kavir and Dasht-e Lut, is a vast arid region in Iran. It features extreme temperatures, with scorching heat in summer and freezing conditions in winter. The landscape includes salt flats, sand dunes, and rocky plateaus, making it one of the most inhospitable places on Earth.
Despite its harsh environment, the Iranian Desert is home to unique flora and fauna adapted to survive in such conditions. The region also holds significant cultural and historical importance, with ancient trade routes and archaeological sites that reflect the rich heritage of Iran.
