Iowa House
The Iowa House is the lower chamber of the Iowa General Assembly, which is the legislative body of the state of Iowa. It consists of 100 members who are elected to serve two-year terms. The House is responsible for proposing and voting on state laws, as well as managing the state budget and addressing various issues affecting Iowans.
Members of the Iowa House represent different districts across the state, ensuring that local voices are heard in the legislative process. The House works alongside the Iowa Senate, the upper chamber, to create and pass legislation that impacts the lives of residents in Iowa.
