Iohannes the Apostle
Iohannes the Apostle, also known as John the Evangelist, was one of the twelve disciples of Jesus Christ. He is traditionally credited with writing the Gospel of John, three letters known as the Epistles of John, and the Book of Revelation. Iohannes is often depicted as the beloved disciple, known for his close relationship with Jesus.
Iohannes is believed to have lived into old age, possibly dying around 100 AD. He is associated with the early Christian community in Ephesus and is considered a key figure in the development of Christian theology. His teachings emphasize love, faith, and the divinity of Christ.
