International Solidarity Movement
The International Solidarity Movement (ISM) is a non-violent, grassroots organization founded in 2001. It aims to support the Palestinian people in their struggle for self-determination and human rights. ISM activists, often from various countries, engage in peaceful protests, document human rights violations, and provide direct assistance to Palestinian communities affected by the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
The movement emphasizes the importance of international participation in advocating for justice and peace. Volunteers often participate in activities such as accompanying Palestinian farmers to their fields or observing protests against the Israeli military. Through these efforts, ISM seeks to raise awareness about the situation in Palestine and promote global solidarity.
