Inter-Services Intelligence
The Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) is the premier intelligence agency of Pakistan, responsible for providing critical national security and intelligence assessments to the government. Established in 1948, it operates under the Pakistan Armed Forces and plays a key role in counter-terrorism, counterintelligence, and surveillance operations.
The ISI works closely with other intelligence agencies, both domestically and internationally, to gather and analyze information. Its primary focus includes monitoring threats to national security, such as terrorism and espionage, while also supporting military operations and diplomatic efforts.
