Ichiro Hatoyama
Ichiro Hatoyama was a Japanese politician who served as the Prime Minister of Japan from 1954 to 1956. He was a member of the Liberal Democratic Party and played a significant role in post-war Japanese politics. Hatoyama was known for his efforts to strengthen Japan's economy and improve relations with the United States during the Cold War.
Born on February 1, 1918, Hatoyama came from a prominent political family, with his grandfather being a former Prime Minister. He was also the father of Yukio Hatoyama, who served as Prime Minister from 2009 to 2010. Ichiro Hatoyama passed away on July 2, 2012.
