Icarus
The story of Icarus comes from ancient Greek mythology. Icarus is the son of Daedalus, a skilled craftsman and inventor. To escape from the island of Crete, Daedalus created wings made of feathers and wax for himself and Icarus. He warned Icarus not to fly too close to the sun or too low to the sea.
Ignoring his father's advice, Icarus flew too high, causing the wax in his wings to melt. As a result, he fell into the sea and drowned. This myth serves as a cautionary tale about the dangers of hubris and the importance of listening to wise counsel.
