II Lyga
II Lyga is the third tier of professional football in Lithuania. It operates under the governance of the Lithuanian Football Federation and features clubs from various regions of the country. The league serves as a platform for developing local talent and promoting football at the grassroots level.
The competition typically consists of several teams that compete in a round-robin format. Each season, the top teams may have the opportunity to be promoted to the higher division, known as I Lyga, while the lower-performing teams face the risk of relegation to lower leagues.
