ICD-11
The International Classification of Diseases, 11th Revision, or ICD-11, is a global standard for diagnosing and classifying health conditions. Developed by the World Health Organization (WHO), it provides a comprehensive framework for health professionals to record and share information about diseases, injuries, and other health-related issues.
ICD-11 replaces the previous version, ICD-10, and includes updates to reflect advances in medical knowledge and technology. It aims to improve health data collection, enhance patient care, and facilitate international health reporting, making it easier for countries to track and manage health trends and outcomes.
