Human Sensation
Human sensation refers to the process by which our bodies detect and interpret stimuli from the environment. This involves specialized sensory organs, such as the eyes for vision, ears for hearing, skin for touch, nose for smell, and tongue for taste. These organs convert physical signals into electrical impulses that the brain can understand, allowing us to perceive the world around us.
The five primary senses—sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste—work together to provide a comprehensive understanding of our surroundings. Each sense has unique receptors and pathways that contribute to our overall sensory experience, enabling us to respond to different stimuli effectively.
