Hubble
The Hubble Space Telescope is a large telescope located in low Earth orbit. Launched in 1990, it has provided stunning images and valuable data about distant galaxies, stars, and other celestial objects. Hubble operates outside the Earth's atmosphere, allowing it to capture clearer images without atmospheric distortion.
Hubble is a joint project of NASA and the European Space Agency. It orbits the Earth approximately every 95 minutes and has made significant contributions to our understanding of the universe, including the discovery of the accelerating expansion of the universe and the existence of exoplanets.
