Houtman Abrolhos
The Houtman Abrolhos is a group of islands and reefs located off the coast of Western Australia, about 60 kilometers from the city of Geraldton. The Houtman Abrolhos is also significant for its historical importance, as it was first discovered by the Dutch explorer François Thijssen in 1627. The islands are named after Hendrick Houtman, a Dutch navigator.
