House Of Karađorđević
The House of Karađorđević is a Serbian royal family that traces its origins to the early 19th century. Founded by Karageorge, the family played a significant role in the Serbian struggle for independence from the Ottoman Empire. The dynasty has produced several notable rulers, including Peter I and Alexander I, who contributed to the establishment of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes.
After the monarchy was abolished in 1945, the family went into exile. In recent years, members of the Karađorđević family have returned to Serbia, engaging in cultural and charitable activities while maintaining their historical legacy.
