Hooligans
Hooligans are individuals, often associated with sports, particularly football (soccer), who engage in unruly and violent behavior. They typically gather in groups and may participate in fights, vandalism, and other forms of disorderly conduct, especially during or after matches. This behavior can lead to significant disruptions and safety concerns for both fans and the general public.
The term "hooliganism" originated in the late 19th century and has since been linked to various incidents across Europe and beyond. Law enforcement and sports organizations have implemented measures to combat hooliganism, including increased security at events and legal penalties for those involved in violent acts.
