Hill Myna
The Hill Myna is a medium-sized bird native to the forests of Southeast Asia, particularly found in countries like India, Thailand, and Malaysia. Known for its striking black plumage and bright yellow-orange patches on its wings and head, this bird is also recognized for its remarkable vocal abilities, often mimicking human speech and other sounds.
Hill Mynas primarily feed on fruits, insects, and small invertebrates. They are social birds, often seen in pairs or small groups. Their natural habitat includes tropical and subtropical forests, where they prefer to stay in the canopy, making them less visible to predators.
