High Courts Of India
The High Courts of India are the highest judicial bodies at the state level, established under the Constitution of India. Each state or group of states has its own High Court, which oversees the administration of justice and hears appeals from lower courts. They also have the power to issue writs for the enforcement of fundamental rights.
High Courts play a crucial role in interpreting laws and ensuring justice. They consist of a Chief Justice and other judges, appointed by the President of India. High Courts also have original jurisdiction in certain cases, allowing them to hear matters directly without going through lower courts.
