Henry VII, Holy Roman Emperor
Henry VII, Holy Roman Emperor was born in 1275 and became emperor in 1308. He was a member of the House of Luxembourg and played a significant role in the politics of medieval Europe. His reign was marked by efforts to strengthen the authority of the emperor and to maintain peace among the various German states.
Henry VII is known for his attempts to mediate conflicts between the Papal States and the Italian city-states. He sought to establish a balance of power in Italy and aimed to restore the imperial authority that had waned in previous years. His reign ended with his death in 1313.
