Henry FitzRoy, 1st Duke of Grafton
Henry FitzRoy, 1st Duke of Grafton (1663-1690), was an English nobleman and the illegitimate son of King Charles II. He was born to Barbara Villiers, one of the king's mistresses, and was granted the title of Duke of Grafton in 1675. FitzRoy held various positions in the royal court and was known for his close ties to the monarchy.
As a prominent figure in the late 17th century, FitzRoy served as a member of the House of Lords and was involved in political affairs of the time.
