Haystack Rock
Haystack Rock is a prominent sea stack located on Cannon Beach in Oregon. Rising about 235 feet (72 meters) above the ocean, it is one of the most photographed landmarks on the Oregon Coast. The rock is part of the Haystack Rock Marine Reserve, which protects the diverse marine life in the surrounding tide pools.
Visitors can explore the area during low tide to see various sea creatures, including starfish and anemones. Haystack Rock is also home to several bird species, making it a popular spot for birdwatching. The site is accessible year-round and offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.
