Haakon V of Norway
Haakon V of Norway was a king who ruled from 1299 until his death in 1319. He was the son of King Magnus VI of Norway and became the first king of Norway to be born in the country since the 12th century. His reign is noted for efforts to strengthen the monarchy and improve the administration of the kingdom.
