HTV
HTV, or H-II Transfer Vehicle, is an automated cargo spacecraft developed by JAXA, the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency. It is designed to transport supplies, equipment, and experiments to the International Space Station (ISS). The HTV can carry up to 6 tons of cargo and is launched aboard an H-II rocket.
The spacecraft is equipped with a pressurized module for sensitive cargo and an unpressurized section for larger items. After delivering its payload, the HTV can be filled with waste and safely deorbited, burning up upon re-entry into the Earth's atmosphere.
