H-II Transfer Vehicle
The H-II Transfer Vehicle (HTV) is an uncrewed spacecraft developed by Japan to transport supplies to the International Space Station (ISS). Launched by the H-II rocket, the HTV carries cargo such as food, equipment, and scientific experiments, helping to support the ongoing missions aboard the ISS.
The HTV is designed to autonomously dock with the ISS, allowing for efficient delivery of goods. It can carry up to 6 tons of cargo and is equipped with solar panels for power. After unloading, the HTV can be used to dispose of waste from the ISS, re-entering Earth's atmosphere and burning up safely.
