HOAs
A Homeowners Association, or HOA, is an organization in a residential community that enforces rules and regulations for property owners. These rules are designed to maintain the appearance and value of the neighborhood. Members of the HOA typically pay monthly or annual fees to support community services, such as landscaping, maintenance, and amenities like pools or parks.
HOAs are governed by a board of directors, which is usually made up of residents elected by the community. They hold meetings to discuss community issues, manage finances, and ensure compliance with the established rules. Homeowners must adhere to these regulations to maintain their membership in the HOA.
