HFS
HFS, or Horseshoe Falls, is one of the three waterfalls that make up the famous Niagara Falls located on the border between Canada and the United States. It is known for its distinctive curved shape, resembling a horseshoe, and is the largest of the three falls in terms of volume. HFS attracts millions of visitors each year who come to witness its stunning beauty and the powerful rush of water.
The falls are approximately 57 meters (188 feet) high and 670 meters (2,200 feet) wide. The water flows from the Niagara River, which originates from Lake Erie and eventually drains into Lake Ontario. HFS is not only a natural wonder but also a significant source of hydroelectric power, contributing to the energy supply for the surrounding regions.
