Gyes
Gyes is a figure from Greek mythology, known as one of the three Hecatoncheires, or hundred-handed giants. He is often depicted as a powerful being with fifty heads and a hundred arms, born from the primordial deities Uranus (the sky) and Gaia (the earth). Gyes, along with his brothers Briareus and Cottus, played a significant role in the Titanomachy, the war between the Titans and the Olympian gods.
In the mythological narrative, Gyes and his brothers were imprisoned by their father, Uranus, but later freed by their brother Cronus. They fought alongside the Olympians, using their immense strength to help secure victory against the Titans. Gyes is often associated with themes of strength and rebellion in ancient Greek literature.
