Gyeongbu Line
The Gyeongbu Line is a major railway line in South Korea that connects the capital city, Seoul, to the southeastern city of Busan. It spans approximately 400 kilometers and serves as a vital transportation route for both passengers and freight, facilitating economic activities between the two regions.
Originally opened in 1905, the Gyeongbu Line has undergone several upgrades and expansions over the years. It is now part of the Korea Train Express (KTX) network, allowing for high-speed travel and significantly reducing travel time between Seoul and Busan.
