Gurudwara Damdama Sahib
Gurudwara Damdama Sahib is a significant Sikh shrine located in Punjab, India. It is one of the five Takhts, or seats of authority, in Sikhism. The Gurudwara is built on the site where Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru, is believed to have compiled the Guru Granth Sahib, the holy scripture of Sikhism.
The Gurudwara features a large central hall for prayers and a beautiful sarovar, or holy water tank, for devotees. It attracts many visitors and pilgrims who come to pay their respects and participate in community meals, known as langar, which are served to all, regardless of background.
