Gran Pirámide
The Gran Pirámide, also known as the Great Pyramid of Giza, is one of the most famous structures in the world. Built around 2580–2560 BC during the reign of Pharaoh Khufu, it is the largest of the three pyramids on the Giza plateau in Egypt. The pyramid originally stood at 146.6 meters (481 feet) and was constructed using approximately 2.3 million blocks of stone.
This ancient wonder served as a tomb for Khufu and is the only surviving structure of the original Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The Gran Pirámide is a remarkable feat of engineering, showcasing the advanced skills of the ancient Egyptians in architecture and construction.
