Grönland
Grönland, known as Greenland in English, is the world's largest island that is not a continent. It is located in the North Atlantic Ocean and is an autonomous territory within the Kingdom of Denmark. The island is mostly covered by ice, with about 80% of its surface blanketed by the Greenland Ice Sheet.
The capital city of Grönland is Nuuk, which is also the largest city on the island. The population is small, with most residents living along the western coast. Grönland's economy relies on fishing, hunting, and tourism, with its stunning landscapes attracting visitors from around the globe.
