Gentile
The term "Gentile" refers to a person who is not a member of a particular religious group, most commonly used to describe someone who is not Jewish. In the context of Judaism, Gentiles are those who do not follow the Jewish faith or its customs. The word is derived from the Latin "gentilis," meaning "of the same clan or race."
In Christianity, the term has also been used to describe non-Jewish individuals, especially in the early church when the message of Jesus was spread beyond the Jewish community. The inclusion of Gentiles in the Christian faith is a significant theme in the New Testament, particularly in the teachings of Apostle Paul.
