Genghis Khan's Family
Genghis Khan, born as Temüjin, was the founder of the Mongol Empire and had a large family. He married Börte, his first wife, and they had four sons: Jebe, Chagatai, Ogedei, and Tolui. His family played significant roles in the expansion of the empire and governance.
Genghis Khan also had several other wives and concubines, which was common among Mongol leaders. His descendants, known as the Borjigin clan, continued to rule parts of the Mongol Empire after his death, with Kublai Khan being one of the most notable grandsons who established the Yuan Dynasty in China.
