General Council of Andorra
The General Council of Andorra is the legislative body of the Principality of Andorra. It consists of 28 members, known as councilors, who are elected for a four-year term. The council is responsible for creating laws, approving budgets, and overseeing the government’s actions.
The council meets in the capital, Andorra la Vella, and plays a crucial role in the country's governance. It operates under a parliamentary system, where the councilors represent the interests of the citizens. The council also collaborates with the two co-princes of Andorra, who are the heads of state, to ensure effective governance.
