Andorran Constitution
The Andorran Constitution was adopted on March 14, 1993, establishing Andorra as a parliamentary co-principality. It outlines the fundamental rights and freedoms of its citizens, as well as the structure of the government, which includes the General Council and the Executive Council.
The Constitution emphasizes the principles of democracy, rule of law, and respect for human rights. It also recognizes the unique co-principality system, where the Bishop of Urgell and the President of France serve as co-princes, symbolizing Andorra's historical ties and governance.
