Gekū
Gekū is one of the two main shrines of the Ise Grand Shrine, located in Ise City, Mie Prefecture, Japan. It is dedicated to Takamimusubi no Kami, a deity associated with creation and agriculture. Gekū is known for its unique architectural style, which reflects ancient Japanese design principles and is constructed using natural materials.
The shrine is part of a larger complex that includes the inner shrine, or Naikū, and is surrounded by beautiful forests. Gekū plays a significant role in Shinto practices, where visitors come to pray and participate in rituals. The site is also a popular destination for tourists interested in Japanese culture and spirituality.
