Gannets
Gannets are large seabirds belonging to the family Sulidae. They are known for their striking white plumage, long wings, and sharp beaks, which they use to catch fish. Gannets are excellent divers, plunging into the water from great heights to catch their prey. They are typically found in coastal regions and are known to nest in large colonies on cliffs or rocky shores.
These birds are social and often engage in cooperative hunting, working together to herd fish into tight groups. Gannets are also known for their impressive courtship displays, which include elaborate aerial maneuvers. They primarily feed on fish and are an important part of marine ecosystems.
