French National Front
The French National Front, now known as National Rally, is a far-right political party in France. Founded in 1972 by Jean-Marie Le Pen, the party has focused on issues such as immigration, national identity, and law and order. It gained significant popularity in the 1980s and 1990s, often attracting voters concerned about globalization and cultural change.
In recent years, the party has undergone a transformation under the leadership of Marine Le Pen, who has sought to soften its image and broaden its appeal. The National Rally continues to play a prominent role in French politics, particularly in regional and European elections.
