French Air and Space Force
The French Air and Space Force (Armée de l'Air et de l'Espace) is the aerial and space warfare branch of the French Armed Forces. Established in 1909, it focuses on air defense, air superiority, and strategic air operations. The force operates a variety of aircraft, including fighter jets like the Dassault Rafale and transport planes such as the Airbus A400M.
In addition to traditional air operations, the French Air and Space Force is responsible for space operations, including satellite surveillance and communication. It plays a crucial role in national security and international missions, contributing to NATO and other alliances.
