Francis Seymour-Conway, 3rd Marquess of Hertford
Francis Seymour-Conway, 3rd Marquess of Hertford (1800-1870), was a British nobleman known for his extensive art collection and involvement in politics. He inherited the title from his father and served as a Member of Parliament before becoming the Marquess. His residence, Hertford House, in London, is now home to the Wallace Collection, a museum showcasing his art collection.
