Font Formats
Font formats refer to the various file types used to store and display typefaces on digital devices. Common formats include TrueType (TTF), which is widely supported and allows for scalable fonts, and OpenType (OTF), which offers advanced typographic features and better cross-platform compatibility.
Other formats include Web Open Font Format (WOFF), designed specifically for use on the web, and Embedded OpenType (EOT), which is used primarily for embedding fonts in web pages. Each format has its own advantages, making them suitable for different applications in design and digital publishing.
